From 6 January 2024, the regular opening hours will apply again (Mon - Fri 8:00 - 18:00 o'clock).

Our IT helpdesk is also available for you between Christmas and New Year's Eve.
On 23.12.24, 02.01.25 and 03.01.25 the IT helpdesk is open from 08:00 - 16:00.
Between the public holidays on 27 December and 30 December, the IT helpdesk will be available by telephone and via the support form from 09:00-15:00. The HRZ is closed during this time, so no on-site support is possible.
