Calendar
All members of the University of Bonn can use various calendars offered via different services. A calendar is automatically linked to the email address in the form uni-id@uni-bonn.de. For staff members, calendars are also available in Confluence.
For whom?
All Members of the University
All members of the University can set up and use calendar programmes linked to the Uni ID.
Staff members can also use calendars in Confluence. Students do not have access to this.
What for?
Appointment organisation
- Create and share appointments
- Creation of reminders
How does it work?
Many email clients now offer a calendar for managing appointments, but the data is often only stored locally on the computer. In most cases, however, it is necessary to access these calendars from different devices and also to allow other people to view the appointments.
You can find all the information and detailed instructions in our HRZ-Doku!
Calendar set-up

- Mac OS X (CalDAV)

Calendar in Confluence
If you work primarily with Confluence, it makes sense to create and manage your shared calendars here. The macro "Team calendar" is available for this purpose. However, the HRZ does not offer support for this calendar macro.
If you would like to maintain a private calendar in Confluence, you can find it here.
HRZ-Doku
Detailed information and instructions can be found in the HRZ-Doku.
