Our IT Helpdesk is there for you between Christmas and New Year's Eve.

During the Christmas holidays, the University Computer Centre will be closed from 27.12.2022 to 06.01.2023, like all buildings of the University of Bonn. The IT Helpdesk will nevertheless offer support on weekdays from 09:00 a.m. - 03:00 p.m. via support form and telephone.

From 09.01.2023, the regular opening hours will apply again.

The HRZ wishes all students and staff of the University of Bonn a relaxing holiday season.
